Bareilly: Anjali Indian (Batch 2020-24), a student of Shriram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (Pharmacy), brought laurels to the institute as well as Bareilly by securing the first rank in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).
In the 22nd convocation of AKTU held in Lucknow, Chancellor and Governor of the state Anandiben Patel honored Anjali by awarding her a gold medal. Anjali Indian, a Bachelor of Pharmacy student at SRMS College of Engineering and Technology, has secured the first rank in the university with CGPA: 9.20.
Anjali credits her institute, teachers and parents for this success. She says that her father Anil Chandra, retired from the post of Office Superintendent in Indian Railways, gave her the Indian surname and instilled in her the values of giving the highest place to Indianness.
Mata Ma Anju Chandra, Administrative Officer in LIC, helped me to focus on my studies with hard work with the message of respecting everyone.
The atmosphere provided in the institute and the blessings of the teachers here are responsible for getting the gold medal.
